Take fillets and cut into thin slices and in a decent pan:
5 or 6 fragmented tomatoes (peeled, if you do not peel)
3 peppers pablano fragmented or 4-5 seeds and jalapenos, if you really like spicy
1 large onion, chopped
and a teaspoon of garlic salt in good health
Simmer uncovered until it forms a good broth and the meat is no longer pink, then remove cover and cook until juices are no longer in stock. Serve with tortillas and fresh cilantro, a dash of lemon juice and sour cream ..... It is really delicious and fresh taste. Hope ya try it!
