MRI: L5-S1 disc degeneration with mild Disk protrusions. Small broad central disc herniation main contacts on the right bank of the paracentral disc, which remove contacts from a herniated disc and the perineural fat surrounding the right proximal nerve root SL, which is slightly shifted. Application for the correlation right Sl radiculopathy. Although the effect contacts on the left Sl nerve root of the posterior edge of the disc, not a measure. The foramina are normal. This level is another negative.

Fracture or pars defect. The cone looks normal.
IMPRESSION: 1 Mild herniated disc L5-S1 disk herniation with a small broad central focal paracentral highlights along the right edge. Here,Contacts the root of the hard right Sl nerve, slightly shifted, and there is darkening of the perineural fat.

The first thing you ask a question .... How often and how long to sit on his Bumb? and if more than two hours per day. So yes, this is the answer. But one thing you can do to make your eyes on the screen is always set .... It says 20 20 20. Eyes on the screen for 20 minutes and about 20 meters for 20 seconds. You should try to all 20 minutes and take 20 steps in 20 seconds .... try and call me in the morning. :)
